ShoreView Industries acquires Hi-Rel Group and merges it with PA&E and Litron to form Hermetic Solutions Group

ESSEX, CT – December 23, 2016 – Hi-Rel Group LLC announces that it has been acquired by ShoreView Industries and merged with PA&E and Litron to form Hermetic Solutions Group LLC. The company will be the market leader in hermetic solutions.  Rick Ferraid, current Chairman and CEO of Hi-Rel Group LLC, will be Chairman of the newly formed company, and Bromley Beadle, CEO of PA&E Group, will be CEO of Hermetic Solutions Group. Ed Phinney, President of PA&E will continue in that role. Mark Plasse will continue in his role as President of Litron.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
